Paul has been involved in the financial services industry for over 41 years. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Financial and Estate planning from Brigham Young University in 1980, and has been a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER PRACTITIONER (CFP®) in good standing since 1982. He continues his education to stay abreast of new developments in the industry so that his clients receive timely and strategic information.

As an experienced financial services professional, Paul shows a seasoned understanding in meeting the needs of high net-worth individuals, successful professionals, business owners and retirees. Thorough and innovative, he specializes in business, estate, and retirement planning. As a wealth advisor, Paul is a life insurance and annuity solutions specialist to both his clients and other wealth advisors. Personal commitment and dedicated professionalism have built Paul a solid base of satisfied clients and professional colleagues.

Extensive background and knowledge in the business, estate and retirement planning fields allow Paul to provide outstanding service to his clients. The cornerstone of his philosophy is to establish long-term relationships built upon a foundation of mutual honesty, integrity, trust and loyalty. His goal is to provide his clients with financial security and peace of mind. He enjoys nothing more than collaborating with his friends and helping them achieve their dreams.

Paul was born and raised in Southern California – a true California native. His wife and family are his top priorities. He has five boys, all married, with eleven grandchildren (and counting). He loves spending time with his family, and travels regularly to do so. An active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Paul thoroughly enjoys time donated as a member of its lay clergy. Paul resides in Irvine, California with his wife, Mychele.

Office Manager

Connie Cesena serves as the Office Manager. In her role, Connie provides client service support and is responsible for a variety of service tasks including servicing accounts, processing account paperwork, and relationship management.

Connie currently resides in Rancho Santa Margarita. She has three children and six grandchildren.

Being Gods child. My family, friends and my job.

What is the best advice you have ever been given?

Silence is Golden.

How do you define success?  

Being happy with who I am and what I have achieved in life as a single parent; love, family, happiness, security.
